After cleansing, spray liberally over the face with eyes closed.
Inhale deeply through the nose a few times.
Tap the skin using fingertips.
With the skin still damp, apply face balm/facial oil followed by moisturiser and eye cream.
Use as a restorative pick-me-up at any time of day, works well over make up.
